We are based in Western Montana and although remote, we have successfully placed our talent nationally and internationally over the last decade. We take a hands on appraoch with each of our talent with the goal to ensure that each and every talent develops the skills necessary to have a successful career in the industry.

Meet the Team

Karlee Gebhardt

Agency Director

Karlee was one of the first RMEA models when the agency was founded in 2012. She began working with the agency as a contracted model and eventually over the years moved to the administrative side of the agency. During this time she worked on talent development, booking clients, and more. Her experience in the industry has spanned over the last 9 years since the agency’s founding. She has attended numerous city tours, networking events, talent showcases, workshops, and has been able to develop a deep insight and knowledge in the industry along with a passion of helping models and talent succeed.

She has a bachelor of science in Business Administration, a certificate in Entertainment Management, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Montana. Since taking over the agency she has placed models and talent across the country, cast for local, regional, and national commercials, as well as feature films.

Robert Rink

Administrator

Robert has an extensive background in customer service, recruiting, finance, and event planning. He possesses a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources along with a Bachelor of Education in Sport Management from Washington State University and a Masters in Sport Business Leadership from Seattle University.

His education has allowed him to work with professional and collegiate programs such as The Bruno Event Team, Washington State Athletics, the Seattle Mariners, and the Missoula Paddleheads. While his knowledge is vastly related to the sports industry, he has always had a love for TV, Film, and Music. He will be taking on a new role as a new client acquisition specialist in the agency to actively seek additional clients. He is excited to begin working in the entertainment industry and bring his extensive knowledge to the table to help continue to grow RMEA into one of the top talent management agencies in the Northwest.

Jamie Zach

Head Scout & Digital Media Associate

Jamie is no stranger to the industry. Prior to her daughter being scouted she was a celebrity hair and makeup artist for 12 years. Her daughter Sicily signed with RMEA at age 10 and has found incredible success in the industry. When her daughter's career began growing, Jamie went back to school to pursue business management, social media strategies and marketing to help guide her daughter's career. 

She began working with RMEA at the international convention, Snap Retreat, teaching social media. In order to continue being an asset she began to study for photography. She fell in love with the industry in its entirety and when the opportunity to join the RMEA family presented itself, she jumped right in. She loves to help develop talent and help them navigate through the industry. She loves to share the big wins with her talent while helping them learn and encouraging them to reach for their dreams.
